DMR was formed by Sherry B, the founder of DMR. It's still going from strength to strength.

DMR has seen many changes in management but things now seem to be on the mend and running smoothly.

I (Sherry) got into music as a child growing up with radio glued to my ears!

I grew up with the likes of Tommy Vance with the Friday Night Rock Show.

I knew as child I'd get into music somehow. The next step for me would be joining the church choir.

There I would be sent to the Royal School for Church Music and pass some exams in Church Music.

I would then learn to play a guitar (slightly) and keyboards quite well.

Then, all in all up to now, I have built DMR after working on another radio station that didn't like my retro 80s music I played.

I've worked on other stations but tend to put all my efforts in to DMR now and work along side a really professional crew and who show this when they do a show on Digital Music Radio.

We pride our self’s in being an all round family station something for everyone of all ages and music from the 40s to present day with a good variety of music way the radio should be with good quality sound to.
